Engineering composite materials for the cotton processing industry

Experimental studies have been carried out to study the effect of various fillers on physicomechanical and tribotechnical properties compositions, optimal filler contents established, which ensure best polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrol polyamide structural composite materials. The principle design shock-resistant, antifriction antifriction-wear-resistant materials is proposed. Highly efficient for functional purposes developed basis thermoplastic polymers structures natures, sufficiently high strength characteristics found application in working bodies cotton machines mechanisms processing industry operating under conditions friction wear.
